Royal Jubilee paper bow pin

Royal paper pin.

I came up with the idea for these as I saw a few of the paper bows on the net and thought they would make very cute Royal Jubilee pins.

Firstly cut strips of paper about 14 cm long and 1.5 cm wide.
You can change these dimensions to suit, the thinner the width the more pieces you can have to your bow, the longer the lengths the bigger the bow.

Next fold both ends in to the middle and glue in place.
I don't have a picture of the next stage but you have to position three pieces then glue in place to form the start of your bow.
Then one by one stick the other three pieces on top of one another until you have a bow.

There you have it a Royal Jubilee pin.
I stuck a safety pin on the back so that I could wear it, it could also be used for a bow on a present.
