When I first started getting into paper craft I trawled the Internet to find fun paper models to make for both me and my little boy.
This was one of the sites that I just loved and feel that all of you will love it too that is if you are a paper craft head like me.

felt flowers

Pretty felt flowers

Yes I've been at it again I just can't help myself!
felt flowers so pretty and although as yet I haven't actually done anything with mine I thought I'd share a few ideas and a tutorial on others that I have made.

These could be sewn on to a hair slide for a cute slide.

Why not sew on t a safety pin for a quick and easy brooch?

Or use to decorate a card!

These were really quite simple it was a just a case of cutting out your desired base flower shape and either adding a smaller flower shape on top or buttons for detail.
Just let you imagination go wild and don't feel you have to do what I have done.

Below is a picture tutorial of some white felt flower that I made.

Cut out 5 petal shapes and a length of felt which you have cut snips in to all along the length of it.

Next using a simple running stitch sew all five petal together like so.

Role the length of snipped felt and sew in place with a few stitches.

Now put it in to the middle of the petals and sew in to place see below as well.

There you have it easy as pie a pretty felt flower, have a go and let me know how you get on.
